Get out in the fresh air and breathe deeply. Let the trees work their magic! Trees produce various substances to protect themselves from damaging influences like heat or pests. When walking in the forest, we absorb thetrees’ evaporation through our skin and lungs. “Terpenes” found in spruce, fir and pine needles and branches are particularly beneficial for health. That's why a walk in the woods is so refreshing and rejuvenating!

The Swiss stone pine, whose fragrance spray you can find in the kit, belongs to the pine family. In the course of its life, often several hundred years, a stone pine has to defy harsh conditions; It can withstand temperatures of -40 to +40 ° C and is perfectly adapted to a challenging mountain climate. Thus, it is found on the uppermost edge of mountain forests, where other tree species are no longer comfortable.

1. TRAIL MIX
Let's start with a classic - maybe even THE classic: trail mix.
Everyone knows it - not everyone likes it. It contains many important vitamins, minerals and trace elements. There are solid reasons for saying that trail mix strengthens the brain; in addition to being interestingly varied and providing you with energy, it can work wonders, especially when it comes to head-racking tasks.
Fun fact: in the past, trail mix was anything but cheap and reserved only for the descendants of wealthy families.
2. YOGURT WITH MUESLI
Diverse, more diverse, muesli with yogurt.
The imagination knows no limits. Muesli can be customized to suit any taste. Fruits, chocolate, berries, nuts, seeds or simply the purest form... if we were to list all the possibilities, we'd be here until tomorrow.

The ingenious thing about yogurt with muesli: it's both rich and healthy. You can prepare everything in peace at home and then take it with you to work.
3. SLICED VEGETABLES
It may sound healthy and boring, but sliced vegetables are great for work and offer plenty of variety.
Just grab your favorite types of vegetables, chop them up and off you go: particularly delicious if round it off with fresh quark or tzatziki.
However, you should enjoy the tzatziki sparingly if you still want to chat with your colleagues and the next meeting is pending. Garlic has powerful after-effects. 😉

If one imagines something intensely, motivation increases to actually experience it. With the help of visualization, you can get closer to your personal and professional goals by mentally imagining your own wishes and successes and supporting them in a targeted manner.

The more often you focus on your goals and visualize them, the more you anchor them in your thoughts and subconsciously promote them.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR YOUR OWN VISUALIZATION

1. Find an undisturbed place where you are all alone for the next few minutes. You can sit or lie down. It is important that you feel comfortable and relaxed.
2. Try to relax and think of a nice memory. Re-live that whole situation in in your head.
3. Now try to imagine your goals very clearly. Pay attention to details and consider your entire life situation. How do you live, how do you feel, what is your job?
4. Connect with the feelings you are feeling along the way. Try to put yourself in the situation as if you were just now experiencing it yourself.
5. After the exercise, write down what you saw and felt.
