Preheat the oven to 180C fan.
Mix the milk, eggs, honey and nut butter to a homogeneous mass.
Combine oats, baking powder, vanilla seeds and salt in a separate bowl.
Add the oatmeal mixture to the milk mixture, stir well and let rest briefly.
Meanwhile, wash the apples (peel if you like) and cut into small cubes.
Grease a medium-sized casserole dish with butter, spread the diced apples evenly over the base.
Pour the oatmeal milk mixture over the apple cubes, put the casserole dish in the oven and bake for approx. 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with yoghurt and chopped nuts and enjoy while still warm.
